Join Dagmar Meachem for The Leader’s Forum – a free, 1-hour community call for leaders and managers ready to grow their influence, confidence, and impact, especially in the moments that are hardest to navigate.

Starting September 11, held on the second Friday of every month, 11:00am–12:00pm PST, this call is a space to work through the real, often unspoken parts of leadership: difficult conversations, workplace conflict, leading up to more senior people, and holding your ground when it counts.

Each call blends coaching, reflection, and honest group conversation around a rotating set of leadership topics like:

• Navigating conflict and difficult conversations with more capacity,
• Leading up and increasing your influence with senior leaders,
• Building the confidence to speak up and advocate for what you want,
• Moving from people-pleasing to standing firm in your own position,
• Shifting perfectionism into authentic excellence,
• Claiming your seat at the table, and
• Leading yourself and others through change,
• Learning a systems thinking approach to problem solving and strategy.

This is more than networking. It’s an opportunity to grow within a community of leaders who understand what it actually takes to lead with courage, humility, and authenticity – and who won’t just nod along, but will challenge you to become the leader you’re capable of being.
