“I have such a sense of freedom and feel like anything can happen.”
Things are going very well so far in my solo consultancy and I’m positive about my future. I’m so glad your program encouraged me to take the leap to break out on my own – I have such a sense of freedom and feel like anything can happen!

“I left with not only a stronger business foundation, but also the confidence to communicate it clearly.”
The Idea to Impact course gave me clarity and focus by allowing me to step back and really reflect on my business and its foundational ‘Why.’ Dagmar creates a space for deep reflection while keeping the process practical and results-oriented. I left with not only a stronger business foundation, but also the confidence to communicate it clearly.

“If you’re wondering whether you’re ready or worth the investment – you are.”
I joined Idea to Impact feeling lost, disconnected from myself, and unsure of what was next. Through this work, I learned that my past doesn’t define me – it can support me. Dagmar creates a space that is honest, safe, and deeply human. She leads with vulnerability and strength, isn’t afraid to go deep, and gently helps you find your way forward. Sometimes all you need is someone to help you believe again.
“Her practical, actionable advice demystifies the entrepreneurial journey.”
Dagmar’s unique approach helps you delve deeply into your own wants, needs, and skills, uncovering your true passions and potential. Beyond self-reflection, she motivates real, substantial change with concrete, practical steps – and equips you with the confidence to turn your ideas into reality.

“Her energy is calm, confident, and supportive.”
Idea to Impact was a very impactful and positive experience! Dagmar is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping entrepreneurs explore what’s possible when we lead with our heart and soul. Her program really inspired me to explore my ‘why’ on such a deep, insightful level.

Still Exploring
“The conversations during the program were rich and honest. We got naked.”
Before the program, I knew something needed to change but didn’t know how to approach it. I love the process Dagmar uses – identifying your values and strengths, then matching them to real areas of work. I haven’t figured out my next act yet, but I have hope, and I still belong to the Courage Space community where we continue the journey together.
“What stood out most was how real and genuinely invested Dagmar is.”
I was looking for a supportive space to connect with women actively bringing ideas to life – and help shaping a venture that felt cohesive and intentional. Dagmar provided steady, thoughtful support that helped me move forward with real confidence. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she is – she truly cares about your success, and about building the clarity and self-trust to get there.

Living Above
“It let me take my own complexity and make it simple.”
No two business owners are the same, and this program let me take my own complexity and make it simple. I had to face the fact that I prefer the predictability of working with a team over running things solo – and I could still build something of my own, at my own pace, without contradiction. If you have an idea that would impact your life and the people around you, go for it. Anything is possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm working full-time right now — can I realistically do this?
Yes. The program is built around one 75-minute session a week, in the evening, specifically so it works alongside a full-time job. Most participants join while still employed – that’s the whole point of “idea to impact”: you build the foundation before you leap, not after.
I don't have a business idea yet. Is this still for me?
Yes. Some women join with a fully formed idea; others join knowing only that something needs to change. The first weeks of the framework are designed to help you find and test direction, not assume you already have it.
What happens after the 6 weeks end?
You leave with a completed Entrepreneur Foundations Framework, a clear next step, and access to the Courage Space community – including the monthly Entrepreneurship Forum calls – so the momentum doesn’t stop when the program does.
Is this only for people starting completely from scratch, or also for people already running something?
Both. Some participants are pre-launch; others already have a business and are using the program to get clearer on direction, positioning, or a pivot.
What if I go through the program and realize business ownership isn't the right path for me right now?
That happens sometimes, and it isn’t a failure – it’s clarity, which is the actual goal. Some participants finish the program and choose a different route with more confidence about why.
